So if you go back, you want to fix something you did? One idea about time travel is that you can't do anything that affects what's already happened between then and "now". The time travel might therefore allow you to observe your activities but not influence them.
Other ideas have also been postulated that allow you to wreak havoc with what's happened, but then... the consequences might be worse than those causing you to want to go back.
The cute story vaguely related is the thesis for "Groundhog Day" where the hero? had to keep reliving the same day over and over until he finally got it right.
It is unknown if time travel is possible, but there are some theories allowing for it. If you could get close enough to a rotating black hole one theory says you could actually move backwards in time. Good luck finding and getting to one of those though. Another possibility may be worm holes - as well as transporting you somewhere they *may* have the capability to move you forward or backwards in time. But wormholes are also theorized to shut down completely as soon as you try to put matter in them, so it probably wouldn't work.
But our understanding of physics is very incomplete, so who knows, it might be possible some day.
First, you time travel by attaining speeds of speeds significantly close to the speed of light. Now, in order to be able to travel backwards in time one must be able to attain speeds greater than that of the speed of life which is impossible, Just to attain the speed of life you need to use more energy that does exist in the Universe which is an impossibility.,
I know its a joking question, but it can never be possible. That just defies God too much. If you think about it in a theological kinda way, your always looking back in time because it takes like fractions of a second to reach your eyes after something happens. Haha sorry, I just thought I'd share. :)
this is only theoretical seeing as we do not have the technology to travel fast enough yet....
but you can move forward in time by speeding up close to the speed of light, and you can "stretch" out time, like stretching space. einstein calls this phenomenon "time dilation"
you fall out of the space time continuom. you have to lose control of you space and time. i saw a movie were a guy was going through a worm hole, and in the worm hole there was like stuff from different time periods flying by. like sarcofaguses and stuff like that.
Time travel is a very difficult topic to accept and understand.now many scientists are unable to answer this concept and many are trying to find it.so scientifically i cant do it. but i do it by turning pages of my personal diary.

Drive east from one time zone, to another. You will pick up an hour.lol

you are traveling forward through time now at a rate of one day per day. you can decrease the rate by traveling closer to the speed of light.
to go backward you would need magic.

You're traveling in time now.
To back in time, you need to fold through the 5th dimension, and the select another timeline.
you can only travel forward in time, not back.
