cheer tryouts are next month and I really want to make the team. Ive been working really hard. I need tips for tryouts and tips to get my toe touches and back handsprings down.

you should stretch ALOT! especially if your tiny because you might be a flyer if you are!
do your straddle alot to get better toe touches try to put your body flat on the ground
practice your toe touches and also your side hurdlers and other jumps as well
you should run for calve workouts as well
for your back handspring you should try to get your back walk over
thats going into a bridge and then kicking your feet over if you cant do this by yourself
have a spotter there for you to help out good luck!! ^___^
