How do i thin my legs?

I have large quadricep muscles and some fat i guess. it seems that whenever i exercise them they get bigger and more muscley. what should i do to make them thinner?

Also, i would say that i am fairly healthy. i make sure to get fruits and vegetables daily and all i drink is coffee tea and water. I also do dance and ride my bike daily. im only fifteen and weigh 135 pounds, its not that i want to loose weight necessarily i wouldnt mind it if thats what it takes but my main goal is just to slim my legs.
