Update:you guys may find this odd, but I'm a vegetarian who HATES veggies. =S

a veggie burger with mustard and pickles on 2 slices of light wheat bread, with a light activa yogurt and a few grapes and strawberries!
i'm a vegetarian and that's what i had today :) only like 330 calories! lunch should be bigger then your dinner so you have more time to work it off.
