I am 16, 5"8 and 120lb. My legs are really skinny and the bone is right to the skin near the bottom of my legs. I eat 2500 calories a day.
How do I thicken my legs with more skin so that the bone is not right against the skin???

Run every day is one way!
or do "calf raises"..if u have stairs in your home...do them..if not just use a stack of books...you just probaly lack developed calf muscles!
The best way is to jog hills!..it will take about 5 weeks to see good results, but its worth it
muslce workouts like at the gym.
