every time I send emails or receive them, I get that stupid "unusual activity" message - how is it unusual if I do it all the time! someone suggested the security settings may be set too high. How can I check that and change it?

it also happens when emails are received - I don't want to delete everything, one of the reasons I am using Yahoo is to keep the emails I send and get without having storage problems! And, it goes for a period of time without doing it, then all of a sudden it will do it again. I would liek to be able to change the security level if I can and see if that helps.
