HELP! VIRUS!!! (i think...)?
okay so i know for a fact that my computer has a stupid virus because every time i open up my internet browsers (internet explorer and mozilla) it closes by itself. i just wanna know what can i download that's FREE and wont mess it up even more or what can i do to fix it ASAP

I know for a fact that you can not open the internet, that means you cannot even download a thing, right? I suggest reinstall your browser (Mozilla Firefox or IExplorer) or just simply go to an internet shop and rent for at least half an hour to download these programs: avg free edition (antivirus) and Mozilla Firefox for Yahoo and save it to a flash disc, cd or memory card . Then back to your pc install first the antivirus then scan your pc for about half an hour then install your browser. I think these will do.
You guys stop saying download, he/she has trouble opening both browsers, best thing is to use what is available on the computer already. try restart, hit f8 as soon as rebooting starts,to got to safe mode click RUN type chkdsk c:
