HELP!!! MP3/MP4 video trouble!!!?
I got this new mp3/mp4 player
I can put mp3s in there but I cannot put in any new videos. The video that is already in there is of AVI format, so I converted a WMV video and pasted it into the device but when I try to play it It says FORMAT ERROR>

I really want to know whats going on,]

You need an mp4 converter.
Try this freeware from download.com
The name of the freeware is free ipod converter. It converts movies to mp4 format. That might work.
