As far as I know the only way you can check hcg at home is a home pregnancy test other wise you can call your doctor and tell them you need a blood test to check your hcg levels.

I'm pretty sure this is done as a blood test. Then, you have to continue testing every few days to see how the HCG level is rising.

tests such as first response , clear blue home preg tests etc have a HCG level of 25 but if ya wanna see how yours is rising thru out ya first trimester then ya need a blood test ..
