Yes, it is perfectly normal. Their is no standard in breast sizes. I am 30 and have 34A breasts and am so happy they are not bigger...some guys prefer small breasts, some guys prefer big breasts...my husband is one that prefers small breasts and do not want my breasts any bigger. Believe me...small breasts are better than big breasts, and here are some reasons:

1) big breasts get in the way while you are trying to do stuff. My best friend has double D breasts and complains all the time that they get in the way.

2)Big breasts sag more when you get older...YUCK

3)Big breasts make your back hurt. My best friend also has back problems because they are so heavy.

Now...aren't you glad you have small breasts?

Don't worry, you are only 14 years old...your body is still growing...Your breasts WILL get bigger...you may end up being a C or a D cup when your 16 or 18, you may not have had the boob growth spirt yet.

Some girls grow at different times. I was small in high school but they got big in college. If you are self conscious there are some things you can try.

1. Exercise. Balance your knees on a balance ball with your hands on the ground and do push ups. Another exercise is to lay on your back with two small weights stretch your arms out so the weights are straight out to your side. Then raise them straight up above you without bending your arms. If you develop your pectorals you may appear a size larger because the muscles underneath are bigger.

2. If you really feel the need, get a push up bra, some form of padded bra, or even inserts.

3. Just be confident and wear nice clothes. Your breasts do not define you and I'm sure you are absolutely BEAUTIFUL even if they aren't that big yet.

just wait, your body will grow and change into a woman. besides, feel sorry for the girls out there with C's and D's by the time they are 20 their boobs will be sagging to their belly-buttons.

I was flat-chested all through my teen years. Then when I got pregnant by bust grew by 4 sizes, I'm now a size 36 D (and because I was flat chested before my boobs don't sag now because the skin wasn't already all stretched out) my husband thanks God everyday that he doesn't have to buy me implants because my boobs look fake as it is. lol.

Well im 32b nd im 13, nearly 14. but lots of girls my age have a smaller chest than me so yeah its normal, if you want them to look a bit bigger just wear a padded bra :)

Just because some girls around you have bigger breasts doesn't mean you should. You still have time to grow, so take it easy.

Who knows? The other girls may have just stuffed their bras to grab a guy's attention.
