Green tea is a diuretic meaning it will help get rid of excess water in your system helping you feel less bloated. Ibuprofen is very good for periods because is decreases inflammation or swelling and decreases pain! Just make sure to only take what the bottle says and with water or milk.

Midol, or Tylenol will do. Drink lots of water and have a heating pad handy just in case.
