ok well she's my friend.and i really like her! i'm bi,and she is bi too! but like i dont know if she likes me.becuse everytime she gives me hugs there all passionate,[i love em] and my friends say that everytime she gets near me like shes talking to her friends and im talking to my friends that she's always starring at me.and stuff! but like she always wants to hangout with me,but i cant because i dont have time cause i need to catch the bus! but yea i always catch her looking at me from far away or when im like walking to class.please help me! does she like me?

It's sounds like it and the best suggestion I can give you is tease her a little but not too much because you dont want her to get frustrated. Be playful and drop little hints like when you see her in the hallway gently brush past her and wink or act seductive as silly as that sounds!
