Ok so the girl im dating keeps tellin me she has somthing going on when i ask her if she wants to go on a date
so
Me: can you hang out tomorrow night
Her: umm idk ill let you know
Me: if you dnt wanna go out just say somthin. I thought it'd be cool if we went on a date somtime soon b/c your goin to newyork an stuff but if you dnt wanna just say somthin and ill stop askin
Her: no i do
her: I do im just really busy sorry
Me well when you can hang out say somthin an ill try to get you a ride an stuff

Me: k =]
....two hours later...
Me: Hey sorry bout earlier
Her: its fine
I think she might still be mad at me what do i do
tomorrow should i ask her to hang out?
Update:she only came up with an excuse twice... we hang out as friends all the time an i just asked her out(to be my girlfriend) 2 days ago and i wanna go on a date with her before she goes to newyork

Give it a few days without asking her or trying to organize anything - see if she says anything - it'll tel you how interested bothered she is in spending time with you.
i know when i act like that towards a guy,im not that interested.
she might just be really busy,but i think from what you said that her mind isnt that interested in hanging.
It sounds like she's not interested but likes the attention.
