So, my 4 year old brother was signed up for swimming lessons @ a highschool. And I was skating at the highschool's skatepark. So, I get tired and go to sit with my mom. And as I'm walking in to go find my mom, I see this girl! She looks like in lifeguard bikini and I start checking her out. And she is wearing glasses and looks my way. I'm still staring @ her wondering if she is looking @ me or guarding the kids. But later on it seems like she was staring @ me because she took off her glasses and we met eye contact a few times. My mom kept staring @ me so I acted like I was in a conversation with her so my mom wouldn't get supicious. I wanted to talk to her but didn't know how. I am going to see her tomorrow because my brother has swimmin lessons for 2 weeks. I want to get her phone number, but I think she lives on the other side of town. And she looks like she is older than me, (I am 12, but in a week I will be 13). She looks like she is between 13-14. Any advise?

Talk to her boy! make small talk...but don't creep her out be confident but not cocky and girls like that...ask her what school she goes to and stuff like that and maybe even how old she is make sure its just small talk though you don't want to come on too strong. and the next day if you see her be like hey remember me and ma by even say soo i was wondering if i could call you some time but only if she seems interested in you then you make your move if not she obviously doesn't like you and you need to move on. but talk to her..what do you have to lose at worst your just being overly friendly.
Talk to her. Be nice. And you'll have no problem as long as you are a gentleman. Hopefully she's into you too. Good Luck!
