theres this girl that I like and she likes me but I know that if I say it out loud in school I'll be hated by many people because they like me. ( I don't know y I'm asking this)

If many people like u, and if they knew that this girl made u happy, and that would make them 'hate'" u, I would say that these "many people" didn't like u much in the first place...
Talk to her after school and ask her out for ice cream of something. It would be even better if you could walk somewhere from school and just go one day. Just to get to know her. After you finalize that you like her then make your move. Just make sure to keep it on the down-low- at least on your side.
