faulty xbox 360?
my xbox has just started crashing. the xbox has started scratching the games. it is about 9 months old and i have bought it from game (the shop). do i complain to game or microsoft. will they replace the game and computer or what.

If it was used when you bought it, then call game about it. If it was new, it is Microsoft's responsibility. It is still within warranty, so they should replace it.
