ok I have a double eyebrow piercing, i've had the one on the right since april and the one on the left since september. For a while my right one has been irritated, I knew it wasn't necessarily infected. I think it's rejecting but i'm not sure. It's dry, red, the holes are bigger, the skin in the middle is getting thinner. I wanna make sure if it's rejecting or not before I take it out. If I do take it out i'm going to get another eyebrow piercing on the side of my left one, would that be ok? And my piercer told me to use antibacterial soap, is that really ok to use, cuz that's what i've been using.
Thanks : )

P.S. i've had a rejected eyebrow piercing before, but it was a couple of years ago and I didn't know much about it then

If the skin is getting thinner than it is rejecting. It happens sometimes. They dryness and redness could be caused by the antibacterial soap because it is winter and it dries out the skin. If it's healed you could try putting Neosporin or Aspercream on it to moisturize it but since it's rejecting you probably don't want to waste your time anyway. But antibacterial softsoap (unscented) is perfect for cleaning most new piercings. Also ear care colution or saline works nicely.
Getting another one next to your current one will probably look a lot cuter than one on each eyebrow anyway.

Your best bet is to go back to your piercer.
They know what's best. They can get a better look @ it, than you just describing it to me.
Best of luck !
