and coz iam human ,,,,i forgot to deliver my service to some of my clients in the agreed date (and i pay alot for that :(.
so...is there any option excel can alarm me to deliver my service in certain dates...(can excel be alarm clock)

If you want to get creative then yes you can make Excel alert you, kind-of.
It's not going to pop-up with an alarm window that you have to clear. That's what Outlook is for. However, you can write a formula that will look at the current date and change it's state when it's past the due date.
Here is my example.
A1 = "Due Date"
A2 = 7/13/08
B1 = "Status"
B2 =IF(A2 > NOW(), "Over Due", "Pending")
Now select B2 and go to Format -> Conditional Formatting.
Set Condition 1 as follows: Cell Value is - equal to - Over Due
Click "Format" and select the patterns tab. Select Red and click OK. Click OK again to set the autoformat.
Now whenever the current day is past the listed due date, the cell will display the text Over Due and turn bright red.
It's a simple little Excel formula trick but it may just work out for you.
