Your puppy is much too young to be expected to hold it for eight hours a day. At this age I would still be taking him out at the very least every two hours. Also, when he is out of his crate/kennel put a leash on him and keep him close to you. Then you will have a better chance of catching him when he is circling or sniffing for a place to potty and can quickly take him out to do his business. Right now he absolutely no idea what you want him to do.
they've potty coaching pads , and you'll placed those drops that they promote on the retailer on it. Where the dog traditionally makes use of the toilet, placed the pad there. Each day transfer it toward the door, till the dog is going external. You will recognise once they have got to cross should you track once they consume. Feed them at a exact time, them after that take them out part, that approach they recognise that is in which you cross. If all else fails( a few are hardier to teach than others) you'll take them to mans exceptional buddy or petco for coaching.
