The White Pass is correct but I was in Whitehorse a few years ago and the train line is out of service beyond Lake Bennet and it is strictly an excursion railroad nowadays, I dont see where they have any equipment or facilities to move freight or passengers on a regualr basis, only as a tourist operation.
The closest train would be the White Pass which extended it's service from Skagway AK to Carcross this summer. It only runs in the summer and seems to be primarily a tourist attraction.
If you're after regular passenger rail service, the closest places I can think of would be along the line to Prince Rupert BC (Prince George, Jasper, Edmonton).
