I'm friends with a guy at school, and I've had a crush on him for two years, but I don't know what I should do about it. He's really nice to me. He always wants to study with me, and he even took me to prom. As for me, I pretty much kiss the ground he walks on. He founded the drama club at our school and I co-founded it, and I'm always looking for opportunities to help him (that's kind of my way of flirting). All of my friends think we're going to be together in the future, and some people already assume we are. But the thing is he's been talking about asking this other girl out. It makes me sad but I don't want him to know, because it would make our friendship weird and I just want him to be happy with whoever he wants to be with. Should I just forget about liking him or tell him how I feel?

since alot of people already think ur together just casually ask him...can u believe people actually think we're going out...and if he laughs about it or says ya there stupid...then he just likes u as a friend. but if he smiles and seems happy about the idea then he likes u.
You should just tell him that you like him instead of holding it in, thats what i would do I don't think it would get awkward
I think he wants you to make a move if you took you to prom, tell him before its 2 late
it sounds like he either likes you as a girlfriend or as a good friend. you could just say to him that you would go out with him and see his reaction. cuz if he likes you, he'll go out with you. if not, he'll laugh. if that happens, then you can just play it off like you were just kidding in the first place. it's better if you find out and not just forget about liking him because then you won't ever know what could have happened.

He might be trying to make you jealous, is over you, or wants you to ask him out so he isn't risking himself or whatever guys do... ask him out or you will regret it, you sound like you'd make a gr8 couple.
