I really hope someone can help me because I have absolutely no idea why this is happening.
Whenever I open a youtube video to fullscreen, it becomes very choppy and unwatchable. I get between 15-20 Mbps download and 2.5-3 Mbps upload so internet is not the problem and my computer is less than a year old with 8 gigs of RAM.
The most confusing part is that it doesn't matter if it's in 1080p or 240 video quality; both will be choppy in full screen. Another weird thing, if I move my mouse while the video is playing, the video plays just fine. The second I stop moving the mouse, it becomes choppy again. Anybody have any clue what is going on?
Update:I think I've fixed the problem. I uninstalled the newer version of flash (11.3 or something like that) and am now using version 10.3. I guess the newer version was have compatibility problems with my video card so thanks for everybody's help. Hopefully this a permanent solution.

you should reinstall flash player or update your video card if that doesn't work.
In my opinion Ccleaner is the number one tool for cleaning your pc. I've been using it for more then a year now and it works very well. You can grab your free copy here http://bit.ly/UrAqp0
Check it out.
Good Bye
check your video card and it's driver. I think that's the problem. Update the video card driver to the latest version. Most probably, you would've deleted the driver by accident. So, Install or update it and see if it's good.
your internet connection is bad (try plugging in a line instead of using wireless)
and/or your computer doesn't have enough RAM (you can buy a better RAM chip for like ten bucks)
and the full screen takes up more memory
Until you told me about the mouse thing, I was thinking that it was your computer screen resolution.
