I'm a cheerleader. I am a perfectionist at making sure I have all the right techniques and everything down. (not trying to brag just saying I "try" to be good at what I do). Now to be honest, I SUCK at toetouches! I know you need to have a nice stradel, and keep your chest up, but how do I improve my height? video links, or just tips of exercises will help! Thank you all soo much!(:

here are a couple of exercises that helped me a lot during cheer.
*sit in a straddle and put your hands on the floor in front of you. lift one leg off of the ground about 3 inches and then do mini leg lifts about 10-20ish (however many you can do) and then switch legs. when you've done both legs, do both at the same time. This will strengthen your leg muscles and get them in shape for jumping.
*another one is to practice your jumps on a trampoline. this helped me a lot because i could focus more on my technique than jumping high. which helps when you have to do the jumps on the gound.
* the last one are called V-ups. lay on the floor with your arms above your head and your legs straight. then, keeping your arms straight the whole time, do a sit up with your legs coming up in a straddle to meet you half way. at that part, youll be sitting in a straddle with your legs lifted off of the ground and your arms straight in between your legs.
I hope this helps!
You are beautiful!
There are alot of helpful tips for toe touches! Work on your splits. Right, left. and middle. Even if you dont have them, they will improve your toe touches. Work on pointing your toes.. Keep them pointed for a while! Sit in a straddle. Widen your legs more and more each time, this will stretch out your legs. While your straddling, point your toes. It will become a good habit. Good luck! (:
You need to roll your hips back so your legs make a V not an x. like this- http://www.google.com/imgres?q=toe+touch&um=1&hl=e...
you're probably not flexible enough to get it that high yet, but keep practicing!
