Hi im looking to build my legs up but cant get to the gym with work and kids, does any one have any ideas that i can do around the house please thanx.
Leg lifts (lie on your back and raise your feet vertically about 12'' from the floor, hold, release and repeat)
Squats
Lunges
Scissor Kicks
All are simple, yet very effective :)

You could be able to do simple exercises such as squats or lunges which would build up quads and they can be done easily without or even with weights.
