I've always been thin and kind of tall, no matter how much I eat, but recently everyone has been on me saying that I need to eat more and I am too thing... I do hike for fun once a week (about 6-7 miles based on the spot)... and get my burger afterwards, of course... I eat tons of sweets, cakes cookies and all.. I try to be healthy... but I just don't like the feeling after overeating, so try to avoid..

You don't look too skinny by any means. Probably should lay off all the sweets if you want to be healthy. Remember it's possible to be thin and still unhealthy. If you are exercising and eating healthy never feel bad about dropping another couple pounds. Again, if you're healthy and taking care of yourself you won't have a problem.
at the beginning you need to be anorexic without even understanding it. There are 2 definitions of anorexia. a million. An emotional sickness characterised via an obsessive opt to drop extra pounds via refusing to consume. OR 2. a scarcity or loss of urge for nutrition for nutrition (as a scientific concern). in case you're actually not eating a minimum of 1200 energy an afternoon, you're actually not eating sufficient nutrition. in line with threat you're purely no longer hungry, which might categorize you in the huge type "2" area above....yet once you're eating wisely then dont enable the rumors problem you. You look very skinny in the hands, and a great number of anorexics gets skinny hands via loss of muscle, yet different then which you look high-quality.

If your trying to gain weight, which I don't think u need too, u just need to eat more. Dont eat only bad foods, eat avocado, bananas and peanut butter. Anyone can gain weight.
You should perhaps up your calorie intake a little (One extra meal or an ice cream) and start doing running, your body will love you for it and you'll be able to go further on your hikes. As well as gaining muscle tone.
you look to be a healthy weight, but if you are looking to gain some kgs, just have more protein and if you cant manage that get protein shakes
