Am I in trouble?????????????????????
A long time ago I was drinking I'm 20 and was talking with this girl online about sex and stuff I asked her to send me a pic she was 17 at the time now she is 18 anyway I asked for a dirty pic and she sent one... I deleted it the next morning when I woke up but can I be charged with anything? And if I'm wanted would the police wait til I get stopped by them to arrest me or would they come to my door and arrest me for something like this???
Update:But in out conversations thru texting it looks like im fine like I was never drunk

No that's her fault and you had no way of knowing. Don't sweat it dude.
No need to freak out. the cops/court will see her making a bad ADULT decision and you can go about your merry ways.
