I've been having mood swings, I think I have a little pubic hair(it's long but some are white and some are black), my penis hasn't really grown, I have grown like 1" in the last 6 months. So am I
And if I an how can I speed it up because everyone at school is taller and bigger than me. Also I still have a high voice.

Yeah Dude, you're starting to go through puberty. Nature just takes it's sweet time on some people, and I know it's frustrating, but you have to take what mother nature gives you. Your voice will drop, everyone's does. You just have to be patient. There's nothing that speeds it up.
Yea your going through puberty ... Can't really speed it up. I guess you could try drinking milk but thats about it. Just be patient, your gonna contenue to grow no matter what.
Sounds like its already starting. You can't "hurry it along." It just happens when its good an ready.
