It's highly suggested that you don't start as a sniper in airsoft. Trust me, it's terribly difficult, frustrating and somewhat boring. If you're new, look for an AEG and start of with that. You can even make it a full length rifle rather than a carbine or an SMG to get the best stock accuracy and try to act like a sniper. This way, if you don't like it, you still have a perfectly good rifle to use as a standard infantryman.
As for the rifle, in case you ever want to get into it in the future. Look around and see if it's compatible with VSR-10/BAR-10 parts. If it is, it's good. Otherwise, a JG BAR-10 is a great starter spring bolt-action rifle that shoots decently out of the box and is compatible with VSR-10 parts. If you have the cash to spare, get a gas powered bolt-action instead, to relieve the effort needed to set the spring.
If you've got money and time, get that rifle that I suggested in my first paragraph and spec it out to become a Designated Marksman's Rifle (DMR). It gives you a sniper's accuracy without the loss in mobility, effectiveness and an option to shoot in automatic.
Gun is pretty solid, not a fan of spring because you have to sock it each darn time you shoot but nice brand you picked. The UTG M324S Master Sniper Airsoft Rifle is good also
