The odds are same for a person who doesnt have a twin and doesnt have intercourse with a twin.
The two children of the twins may look alike due to the appearance of their parents, and the simmilarities in the appearance of the twins, but the DNA of the two offsprings will be diffrent and hence they wouldnt(maybe) deliver twins.... but if this is a mathematical question..... your screwed.

the same as if they werent all twins; the fact the people are reproducing are twins does not mean anything.
Its a 50/50 chance
