Well, being that your birthday is in October and you are 2 years away from your SWEET 16, I'd make it simple as your Sw16 is the time you will and "Should Get Every Little AND Big Treats YOU Want" OK? No exceptions from mom and dad, uncles and aunties. But consider this a preparation sweet 16, call it something cool that shows you are preparing for the big one. And you have age 21, and 25, and 30 to consider too.

For now, have a really great Halloween party! All in and outside of the house with hauntings and your favorite treat hunts. Play cool games and a dance party. And don't knock the pool. Maybe dad or someone knows how to make the pool water really warm for you all. At the least, he can build a wall of plastic or something that keeps the pool warm and the cold off of you.

And friends and family can help make costumes and donate them as well. See who in the neighborhood is willing to do that for you. If nothing else works, a cook Camping birthday party could work too! Just some thoughts on it.

Best thing to do is just have a house party so:D invite everyone around and try to convinces your parents to leave you alone. you can get loads of junk food and beanbags and stuff and just chill really:) if you want you could get a DJ and be dancing all night. hope it helps

Invite all your friends over and have plenty of junk food like chips, dip, cookies, soda, and anything that is fast and easy to make. Play some music you like and have fun !
