Hey guys! 

So my little sister is turning 13 early this next year and we need some help planning her party! She has saved up a bunch of money just for this party! There will be boys so she wants nothing too girly.

Here's the idea we have already:

7 close (co-ed) friends arrive at our house around 4:00 and hang out until 4:30. At 4:30, a limo will come and pick them up and drive them to her favorite restaurant (where they will eat in a private, closed off booth). After dinner, the limo would pick them up and take them back to our house, stopping in at Starbucks on the way (each guest would get a $5 Starbucks card to use there). When they get back (7:00) all the rest of her friends (20 or less) arrive for a black light dance party in the basement. Our moms best friend owns a bakery and she would be making her a black 3 tier cake with neon fondant designs and neon piping. We also have a large chocolate fountain that we could use there too. Afterwards, two or three of her very close girlfriends would stay over for a sleepover.

So here are my questions:

Does that party sound good?

What are some similar ideas?

Any tips for the party?

What should we do for decorations?

What should we do at the party?

The invitations would be pink tickets with all the info on it.

The kids who get to come in the limo get different VIP ticket/lanyards.
