now i've fininshed for stage 1 (greenwich village).whenever i click to go to next stage (SoHo&Tribeca) the game automatically shut down and ask me wether to send report to microsoft or not.can s'one solve this problem

Also try upgrading your graphics drivers.
There is a flash movie shown at the start of the next phase - this may be causing the crash. Make sure you have the latest shockwave flash plugin installed.
