Hi, I'm 28 years old, I'm in college, and I have been having an issue on remembering information from my lectures classes, textbooks chapters, and workbooks. I have been failing many quizzes, and barely passing my midterms, and finals. I've been trying to find different methods, and technique to assist me with developing to remember the information. I have tried many things such as brain off the shelf medication, buranal beats, Quizlets, and audio out loud, reviewing everything over, and over. I'm unsure if I have intellectual issues, or I'm doing everything wrong. I do exercise as well. I have trouble writing out long words, and speech issues. The information I study before in my terms of classes, it's like feel like nothing, like I'm blank out.
Does anyone know a way for me to function /perform better?
Thank you

Have you ever noticed similar difficulties when you were still in middle or high school? If those had been going on for a while, then there is a good chance that you might have a learning disability that was not diagnosed when you were younger.
If this is something that only started recently, I suggest speaking to your doctor to see if there are ant underlying health conditions that could be causing it.
go to academic counseling and ask for testing ... you may have a specific learning disability that they can identify
