It is almost always better to go to an Amusement park with an even number of people so no one has to ride alone. Don't worry, it will be fine.

Since it's only a 2 hour drive, i wouldn't be so worried. Just be prepared: have a charged phone, check in with someone that could help if an emergency came up and have a list of hospitals and garages along the way. You can't be completely prepared for everything that could happen; if anything even would would happen. Don't hide from life!

Do you know of anyone in the family or your area or maybe even your church that babysits? If you can afford it a babysitter may be your next best thing to do.

You didn't say how old they are so they may be a little to old for a babysitter. So you could maybe hire an older person that babysits but tell them that you don't think you can handle it on your own. But just make sure the person is trust worthy. You may want to get references on them if you don't know them to well.

And you could also ask the parents if they know of a good babysitter that would be willing to go help you if maybe you paid their way as well.

I would change the days to go til you can find a companion. If the kids are small they arent going to know. If they are bigger then they should understand. Tell them the weather is gonna be bad for that day. Just a white lie. You are going to have fun. Not worry all day. And driving that distance with kids would be nice to have another adult.

If they are Grade school aged kids,I'd wait until another adult could go along.
