I will be traveling to Peru and my flight will be arriving in Lima late in the evening. I am a female and my best friend who is picking me up is a male and he lives in Miraflores. Is it dangerous to take a cab from Lima to Miraflores that late at night?? I've never been to Peru. My friend says "it's not a big deal..." but you know how men are. I guess more adventurous than women. I will appreciate your advice. I have no problem spending the night at the airport if it's necessary until the next morning.
