I got a traffic ticket for "using" my cell phone back in February. My court date is tomorrow. I was not using my phone at all and I have papers from Bell that my cell wasnt even working the date of the ticket.(battery was broken and couldn'tb usedJan 31st to FEB 19. I have had my liscense suspended before and I'm so Afraid of loosing it again, I admitted to it( thinking it was zero points). I'm so afraid of authority (thought maybe if I fight the cop the day of.. he may try and give me ticket for something else.).What do you think my chances are?

I'd be sure to bring in your evidence that your phone wasn't being used to make calls or text.
However, you're also going to have to explain why you admitted it to the officer if you didn't do it. "I was afraid of getting a ticket for something else" would probably not be a good excuse.
You CAN'T have papers proving your phone was not working. AT MOST, the carrier can show it was not communicating with any towers at the time. If you had the phone in your hand, and you were looking at it, you were using the phone.
If I were a judge, and you told me what you claim here, I would ADD a charge for lying.
The officer probably wont even appear. Chance fair to good. Bring any evidence you have...then Ask the judge to receive the items into evidence, copies of cell phone records are ok. Be prepared for the court to continue, reschedule the matter. Or save yourself the hassle and just pay the ticket.
Tell it to the judge. And you better have some proof that you did not have a working cell phone with you.
