Steam failed to load *SteamStartEngine(0xbfffe048) failed with error 1: A Steam Engine Instance already exists?
Hi i recently got GMOD for my laptop it was working fine until i wanted to add some add ons.So i sorta messed it up by putting the folders in the Lua,and Models folders.I then deleted Steam and GMOD.I reinstalled Steam and when i try to open it up it says 'Steam failed to load *SteamStartEngine(0xbfffe048) failed with error 1: A Steam Engine Instance already exists' I really love this game and I'm so eager to play it but can't because of this problem.Please help me I would appreciate it.
Cập nhật:Thanks for the advice but i did Force quit Steam and relaunch it and it still is saying the error

You could try rolling back your system. Manually deleting folders is never a good idea - you have to use the uninstaller or Add/Remove programs dialog. If you can't rollback, get a decent registry cleaner, clean up your registry and try uninstalling/reinstalling as appropriate.
Sounds like it didn't register you closing it, so it thinks you're trying to open it twice. Restarting should help.
