I'm sure somebody who's used Photoshop for years can generate a A+ picture in Photoshop CS2 that are better than a person who has read YoutubeTutorials and has been photoshopping for only a year.
i've got not had too plenty time to play around with Photoshop CS4, yet average the CS4 advancements are very, very advantageous. it is not such as you need to improve, despite if that's advantageous in case you do.
