I don't think you can get rid of this. If it's in your inbox, you can mark it as spam, but it will just go to your spam folder. Also, if you look at the bottom of the e-mails they send you, it might have a "remove me" link that takes you off of their mailing list. The link doesn't always have the exact phrase "remove me" though. It might say something else.
