Samsung blue ray trouble?
hell i just bought a samsung c5500 blue ray player and tried hooking it up to my Sharp Aquas 1080i TV. im confused because every time i turn on the player the tv says "that it is incompatible and that i have to check my output settings. But every time i go to the menu there are no out put settings, Could someone help me out here. I need to find out how to work the player in the highest pixel quality possible. Thank you.

To access the blu ray players menu you have to turn it on with no disk in the machine. Then press menu on the blu ray remote and the blu ray's settings will be available. Look in the owner's manual, it's all in there.
Yeah go in the Blu ray menu and set it to 720p I recommend that over 1080i. Besides
your HDTV is 768p progressive so the 720p will upscale to 768p, while a 1080i signal
will have bad framerates, blur more and still downscale.
