If one ball is projected vertically and the other is projected horizontally will the same time be taken for it to reach the ground considering the maximum height reached is the same? Thank you :)
If you were to drop a ball and at the same time throw a ball horizontally, both balls would hit the ground at the same time.

Calculate the time in each case by applying the equation
s = ut + (1/2)at² for the vertical displacement.
s = h = vertical height
u = 0 in the case of the body projected horizontally.
