Right now, I'm debating myself if I want to be a pharmacist or a doctor. I was told that the first two years of any college are just general education. So, say if I go to pharmacy school and after two years I realiz that its not my cup of two, could I still transfer to another college to become a doctor. And if so, would those two years be a waste?

Check the prerequisite cousres for the schools you think you'd want go to. (Pharmacy and med.) That way you can avoid taking some classes that won't transfer and maybe get a headstart on needed classes. Classes like Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Psychology, and such will likely be required by either.
