Ohhhhhh my legs.......?

So i just started training myself to run a mile and a half two days ago and i tried running again today but wow my legs are SOOOOOOO sore!! I can't even walk down a flight of stairs like a normal person right now.. is there a quick way to heal my leg muscles so i can start training again or do i just have to toughen up and bare it?

oh trust me, im not enjoying the run or the training lol it's required for a job
