i had basketball practice the other day my legs are killing! i tried using icyhot and it dosen't help at all, i don't wanna take any meds, any help???
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm sounds like you over did it....What I do for sore muscles, take a hot bath, and, put in some epsom salts if you have them...Otherwise, you will just have to wait till the soreness goes away...
Lay in a hot bath, as hot as you can stand and it usually takes about two days, then work it out, remember no pain- no gain...
