well, my legs feel weird and i am tired and i get dissy when i change postions. I asked my mother what all of thosemeans she said my sister had the same thing and she has low iron. I have been playing basketball alot and sweating. I read on a yahoo answer that if you pull your eye down and if it is white it means your low on iron and i pulled my down and it was white and i asked my mom and my dad to show me theres and it was a pinkish color. What should i do? also i have been taking vitamins with 100 percent iron. Whats wrong with me? is it okay if i play basketball or will something happen? Also i am out of energy. also the last 2 days my ribs hurt like i am hungrey, but i ate and it comes back.

First, please know that many of your questions should not be answered here, unless you get lucky and come across someone with similar symptoms, but even so, everyone is different.
The body processes things differently and at different speeds. If you are experiencing problems with being fatigue and aches, you need to speak to a physician who can probably prescribe something that aids you more dramatically or perhaps identifies some dietary changes to fix this issues.
I am surprised you parents haven't said more or done more to research your inquiries.
If they are low, take an iron supplement.
