I have been doing the mild thenique and reality checks but ive never brcame lucid ive been doing this for a couple of weeks and never became lucid. Do I need to keep trying or do something else?
If you're doing "reality checks" habitually and want to have lucid dreams, odds are good that you are, in fact, having lucid dreams. You just aren't remembering them. You need to start keeping a dream journal and get into the habit of writing down your dreams the *instant* you wake up. This is very important, because dreams are normally kept in the brain's short-term memory and vanish within a few minutes of waking, leaving no trace. If you want to remember your lucid dream, you're going to have to write your dreams down *every* time you wake up, as soon as you wake up, to transfer the memories into longer term storage in the brain.
