Just a quick question for everybody that could help. I'm 15 and I have low iron. Is there any thing that I could do through out the day or certain foods I should eat regularly? And does weed lower your iron level?

An excellent source of iron is fruit/vegetable powder. Its green and you can find it in the health food store or the Vitamin Shoppe. All you need is one scoop two or three times a day mixed in a shake or with your favorite juice. Its easy and fast and you don't have to cook it!! And it wont go bad. :)

Well your going to have to try and take iron pill or eat more foods with irn in it.
