So I’m leaving my job soon because I had my hours cut and found myself a position at another pharmacy but full time instead.
My official last day is 13th of March (Wednesday next week). I’m trying to figure out how much holiday I’m owed from the 1st of January to the 13th of March and help with that would be much appreciated as I’m not having much luck trying to work it all out.
The company claims I’m not owed any hours and I’ve in fact gone over by 4 hours when so far this year, I’ve only taken a total of 14 hours off.
It just doesn’t seem right to me that for 2 and a half months, I’m only owed 10 hours holiday when I work 34 hours a week??

The European term calling a vacation a holiday is confusing. A day off is not a Holiday unless it actually is a Holiday, and going somewhere is not a Holiday it's a vacation. But anyway....
The company might base their "holiday" time and pay you're given by either your hire date or by some other date they use for fiscal (tax) reasons and that may be why their claims you're not owed any vacation time pay is true.
Holidays and how and when they're calculated depends on company policy.
Depends on company policy. At my company now I have no built up vacation each year until my anniversary date with the company which is in June. Most companies I've worked with over the years do it this way. So I get 4 weeks in June that I can take anytime until the following June. My co-workers starts in March since she started working here in March.
You have not told us how many hours/days per year holiday you are allowed so we cannot possibly answer your question.
Just to make people aware as well, I would’ve been working there for a year in April
You must be in the UK. In the US, you wouldn't even have any hours with that short of an employment period.
