You can google it and see videos, or you can probably get it from just looking at pictures. It's really simple.
If you just want to tone your stomach try sit ups and crunches. When you do crunches, try to twist when you're up. But toning your stomach wont help if you have fat on top of the muscles. You should get cardio too! Like running, jumping, dancing. There are a lot of fun fitness things too. I like Tae Bo. Maybe you like Zumba. Find you favorite!

The two answers are wrong. You CANNOT spot reduce. Even doing 1000 Situps and crunches won't work unless you actually lose the fat by doing cardio
You can't lose fat in simply one place. So take up something like running or jump rope!! And that should do the trick :)
