i think my birds dying!!!!!!!?
have a parakeet i got him for my old parakeet becuase his died back in december i have had the new bird for this long and last night his food dish was about half a little bit more full but today the foods all gone and the new bird is laying on the side hes breathing moving his head blinking and the other one kept trying to get out now i know the new one didn't eat it all because i have seen when my old one wants to eat he will push the green one right out of the way i am worried is he dieing i put new food in and he wont move help me

I am sorry to say by what you are describing you bird is dieing and by what you say it is probably through starvation if the other bird did not allow it to feed.It could also be very sick and lack of food would only hasten it's death.
To be truthful it is of no use taking your bird to the vet at this stage it is far too gone and taking it in that condition ,the stress alone will kill it, birds that are sick sometimes can not take the stress of been taken to a vet and often die during the journey or very soon after reaching a vets.
Unfortunately you have waited to long in seeing that your bird is not feeding.
Sorry I am only telling you the truth.
First take him to the vet and then put them in separate cages your other bird could have injured him or he could be to weak from lack of food because the other bird keeps taking it all or both even either way take him out take him to the vet go buy another bird cage and keep them separated

firstly put them in separate cages. be very gentle in holding ur parakeet. then take it to the vet as soon as possible. i hope ur bird is fine!! i have seen my corella die at a young age and it was so heart breaking. i dont want u going thru the same thing.gud luck!
Hurry take them to the vet in diffrent carriors. If your bird does not die put tthe birds in seprate cages
You have to take him to the vet unless you want his death on your hands. Who knows what happend, he could have broken bones. Take him right now.
